In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Buyer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the day following receipt of the Product(s) ordered to exercise his or her legal right of withdrawal by indicating to the Seller his or her intention to return said Product(s).
 
The Product(s) must be returned to Distroville: within fourteen (14) days from the date of dispatch of the notice of intention to withdraw; to the following address Pierre Lagahe, Distroville, Calle Cabo Salines 4D, 11205 Algeciras, Spain.

Products for which the right of withdrawal may be exercised must be returned complete, in their original condition and perfectly packaged, within the agreed time.

Refund

In the event of return of a Product, under the conditions provided for, Distroville will reimburse the Buyer for the cost of the products, as well as the cost of delivery of the initial order.

Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment used by the Buyer for the initial order, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the Parties.

Reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Purchaser.

This period may however be extended by Distroville, until receipt of the Products returned by the Buyer at the address indicated on the delivery slip of the Product(s) concerned. When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

If the conditions are not respected, Distroville will not be able to reimburse the Buyer.

Under no circumstances will Distroville reimburse the cost of returning Products, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

Legal warranties of conformity and latent defects

Terms and conditions

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code applicable to consumer purchasers, Distroville is obliged to deliver a good that conforms to the description of the Product as displayed on the website. Failing this, the Buyer may request a refund of the Product or its replacement.

During the first six (6) months following delivery of the Product, the Buyer will not be required to provide proof in the event of a problem. Beyond this period, the Buyer must prove that the lack of conformity existed prior to delivery.

The Buyer may also decide to invoke the warranty against hidden defects of the item under the conditions of articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

In the event that the Buyer exercises the legal warranty of conformity or the warranty against hidden defects, Distroville will reimburse the Buyer in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 14.2 hereof, or will replace the Product concerned.

In any event, the Buyer may only obtain a refund or replacement of the Product if the lack of conformity or hidden defect is proven and noted by Distroville, under the aforementioned conditions.

Force majeure

In the event of the occurrence of an event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including, but not limited to, unforeseeable events such as strikes, work stoppages, social unrest, factory closures, floods, fires, production or transport failures not caused by its own fault, supply shortages, wars, riots, insurrections, epidemics, pandemics and more generally any circumstance or event preventing Distroville from properly performing its obligations, shall not be liable, provided that Distroville has immediately informed the User and has taken all necessary measures to limit the effects thereof.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Such restrictions may include orders placed by or on the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you using the e-mail address and/or billing address or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your e-mail address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we may complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
