ITCHES are a Belgian garage-punk trio who channel their love for ’60s music into an emotionally unstable, love-sick, fuzz-soaked joyride tearing through the dirty backroads of garageland. What started as an obsession — digging through obscure ’60s records — spiraled into a full-blown fixation.
